Corie's Life

Your information, plainly explained

Privacy Policy

Corie's Life collects only the information needed to run this website, respond to people who reach out, send updates people request, and keep the site secure. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Effective and last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Information we collect

Corie's Life may collect the following information:

  • Email-list information. If you join the email list, we collect the email address you submit.
  • Messages you send. If you email Corie, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
  • Scheduling information. If you use Calendly to schedule a conversation, Calendly collects the information you enter on its scheduling page and makes the relevant details available to Corie.
  • Basic technical information. The companies that host and protect the website may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. This information is used to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and help prevent abuse.

You are not required to join the email list, send a message, schedule a conversation, visit the community, or shop for merchandise in order to read the main website.

2. How we use information

Corie's Life uses personal information to:

  • send the book news, resources, recipes, and encouragement you asked to receive;
  • respond to questions and other messages;
  • arrange scheduled conversations;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website and its connected services; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of Corie's Life and others.

3. Email updates

When you submit the email signup form, your address is sent to Shopify and saved in the Corie's Life customer list so Corie can send occasional updates. Joining the list is optional.

Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask to be removed at any time by contacting Corie's Life at the address below. An unsubscribe request stops future marketing messages, although a limited record may be retained when needed to honor the request.

4. Service providers and other sites

Corie's Life uses a small number of companies to provide specific parts of the website:

The website also links to Amazon and Corie's social-media pages. If you follow a link away from corieslife.com, the other site's privacy policy and terms apply to what happens there. Corie's Life does not control those sites.

5. Cookies and analytics

Corie's Life does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on the main website. The site and its hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for requested site functions, security, and fraud prevention.

Connected services and websites you choose to visit—such as Shopify, Calendly, Tapatalk, Amazon, and social-media platforms—may use their own cookies and analytics under their own policies.

6. Selling or sharing information

Corie's Life does not sell or rent its email list or other personal information. The main corieslife.com website does not currently send personal information to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information is disclosed to the service providers named above only as needed to provide their services, or when disclosure is required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or involved in a future transfer of the Corie's Life business. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

7. How long information is kept

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. For example, an email address may be kept while you remain subscribed, and correspondence may be kept while it is useful for responding or maintaining an appropriate business record. Some limited information may be retained longer when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what personal information Corie's Life holds about you, request a correction, request deletion, or object to or limit certain uses.

Send a request using the contact information below. Corie's Life may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. Some information may be exempt from a request or may need to be kept to meet a legal obligation, protect security, or preserve a record of an unsubscribe request.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Corie's Life does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact Corie's Life so it can be reviewed and removed when appropriate.

10. Security and international visitors

Corie's Life and its service providers use reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, email system, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Corie's Life is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other places where the service providers listed above operate.

11. Changes to this policy
